This helped me with diarrhea and lactose intolerance. Thank you so much.

Took them for a month, they didn’t do anything. Too expensive for me, but I know they work for some people. Peace.

Hi lactose intolerant brethren! One day, we will rule the world if cows keep getting homogenized and hormonally jacked. I think thats where the problem is coming from : casein and hormones. I only speak for myself, but this product works for me, so I’ve been on it for 8 months now. I know it’s got a positive effect on my mood swings, that’s for sure, + it allows me to enjoy ice cream – napolitan – the best. I still can’t digest cheese though; thats weird. Maybe the sugar in the ice cream has something to do with it.
    Anyway, thanks Nova!
    Cheers !

Okay, I’ll make this short. It works. Really. I had low energy and lactose intolerance. I’m a black male in my thirties. I need my K2 vitamins, like everybody right. Where do u get it? Dearie dairy. SO I began probioticking myself, like two months ago. I wake up more easily in the morning, and I got more energy for basketball. This isn’t medicine. It’s all natural stuff. That’s what made me invest in it. Slam dunk.

I started taking bifidobacterium longum, a strain of bacteria that has proven its efficiency at metabolizing lactose and breaking it down. I started slowly on probiotic and prebiotic supplements, and then I gradually took a small glass of milk once every week until I could eat cheese. I can still feel the old fear of getting an upset stomach, but the symptoms were gone within a year. It’s a 5 star rating for me.

Dis helps me eat yogurt, so yeah, it works. Told my cousin about it too, he’s worse than me. It’s like black people can’t tolerate milk. Waz up?

This is good. This is really good. Dairy free probiotics! I had lactose intolerance for 6 years. No cereal with real milk for that long; only coconut milk. I’ve been on this stuff now for 7 months, and I’ve started taking yogurt. I’m not quite ready to go for the milk, but as soon as I can, I’ll put some grapes in my Corn Flakes like I use to. If this works all the way, I’ll be forever grape-full.
